印度奶茶香料 (供4人用) Chai Tea Spices ( Serves 4 ppl) 2-3 cups of water 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger 2 cups milk 2 tbsp of brown sugar 2 tbsp of black tea (preferably a malty Assam) Yuan Heng Chai Tea Spices (Fennel Seeds, Black Peppercorns, Cloves, Green Cardamon, Cinnamon Sticks)

How to do: 1. Place the Yuan Heng Chai Tea Spice into a resealable plastic bag. 2. Place the spices, ginger, and 2 cups water; bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add the tea bags and milk, cover, and let steep for 10-15 mins. 3. Strain into cups. To each cup, add 2 teaspoons sugar or more, to taste.
